The following clips are of the exercises that form our core workout. It is essential initially to learn these exercises so that you can join in and we can all work at speed. For this reason the first 2 months of training we require that you come twice a week minimum as in order to learn the exercises you are taking time away from more experienced students training at a high tempo. Once you have those exercises under the belt you can come once a week for a work out if that is what you are interested in.
These clips are here to speed up your initial learning. They represent a very small part of what is the system.

This book written by me gives an overview of the system and lots of information about Other stuff. It is a shortcut to understanding the context of the kung fu sessions.
It is quite possibly the best english and spanish language book written about this system of kung fu although to be fair there are no other english or spanish language books.
